76, of Lowell, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2019. She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Dauber and Mary Baker; granddaughters, Brittany (Anthony) Valdez, Miriah Carroll (Francisco Romero), Charlene (Matt) Mihalich, Holly Baker and 3 great grandchildren; siblings, George (Nancy) and Kenneth (Chong) Rietman, Joan Novak. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack and brother, Ralph. Bernadine had been a CNA with Wittenberg Lutheran Village and had attended St. Edward Catholic Church.
