81, of Williamsport and Highland, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018. She is survived by her children, Michelle of Highland, Renee Carns of Williamsport and Tony (Cathy) of Lowell; grandchildren, Samantha, Owen, Aaron, Rhae and great granddaughter Adaline. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Pauline Strickland, husband, Eugene and brother Ron. Bette was retired from Pleasant Valley Dairy. Visitation, Tuesday, May 22 from 4-8, with Funeral Services Wednesday, 10AM, all at Sheets Funeral home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell. Burial will follow at 130, EST in Jordan Cemetery in Williamsport.
