93, of Lowell, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019.  He is survived by his wife, Annabelle; sons, Richard Donna) of Valparaiso, Glen (Sandy) of Indianapolis and Mike (Judy) of Lowell; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Adam Walters and Heather Benton.  Charles was a 1945 Lowell High School graduate, retired from IL Bell/AT&T as a Test Board Operator, served in the US and was a longtime, active member of Lowell Church of Christ.  Visitation, Thursday October 31 from 4-8 at  Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, with Funeral Services, Friday at 11AM at his church, 299 Burr St.  Burial will follow in Lowell Memorial Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to, Lowell Church of Christ Food Pantry or Hope Center. www.sheeetsfuneral.com
