95, of Schneider/Lake Village, IN, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019. His is survived by his children, Sharon Rodriguez, Betty Jo (Lyle) Miller, Denise (David) Hoover; grandchildren, Tyler and Tabitha Rickert; great grandchild, Jazzy; sister, Betty (Marcus) Young. Preceded in death by his wife, Emeline; daughter, Pia Lauridsen; granddaughter, Faith Ann; parents, Charles and Sheila; siblings, Otis, Eugene, Bobby, Paul, Raymond, Helena and Kathleen. Earnest was the owner of Rollins Used Cars and Parts in Schneider, WWII Navy veteran, member of the VFW and was known for his dirty jokes. Private Cremation entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, with Memorial Services to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Harbor Light Hospice. www.sheetsfuneral.com
