75, of Lowell, IN passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018. Hazel was born September 16, 1943 in Clinton, TN to the late James Henry Lee and Maxine (Bunch) Bumgardner. She was previously employed by Rehabilitation Achievement Center and CRS before retiring to take care of her beloved grandchildren. Hazel was previously a bowler for the Northside Bowlerettes and enjoyed country music, visiting family in Tennessee and Alabama, and always being there to help her family and friends. Hazel is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Wayne; daughter, Kim (Jeff) Cowan; grandchildren, Ella and Clark; sister, Gladys Taylor of Lake City, TN and Patsy (Phil) Casaday of Lowell, IN; dear friends, Louise (Matt) Goldasic, Bonnie (Wayne) Koedyker; many brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Wade and Bill; sisters, Lucille, Trula and Annie. Visitation, Tuesday, November 6th  from 2-6PM with Funeral Service at 6PM, Pastor Chuck Hochmuth officiating, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356.
