Hillard "Frank" Jasinski
68, of Lowell, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sheila; daughters, Paula (Steve Severson) Jasinski, April (Patrick) Fidler, Sheri (Donald) Truschka, Amanda (Noah) Hill; grandchildren, Addison, Darby, Myah, Jackson, Gabriel, Elijah, Emily, Magnus; brother, David (Roxanna) Jasinski. Preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Norma Jasinski, niece, Sarah Jasinski. Hillard was a beloved father and devoted husband. There was nothing he would not do for his family. He was kind to animals, fiercely patriotic, a die hard Cubbies fan, and faithfully served his country as an Army Helicopter Door Gunner in Vietnam. Frank retired as a Cinder Plant Foreman after 33 years, from Arcelor Mittal Steel. In his spare time, he loved working on his model trains. Visitation, Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 1-5PM at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN. Committal Service Monday, 11AM DIRECTLY at Calumet Park Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with burial following.
