38, of Lake Village, IN passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018.  She is survived by her children, Gage Hoover and Journey Atterbury; parents, Patricia Kolada-Myers, John (Mary) Kolada and was preceded in death by her infant son Darrell. Jacque had been a Real Estate Agent with McColley and was currently a Server with Olive Garden in Merrillville.  She was a past member of Village Baptist Church and currently attended Community Christian Church in Roselawn, IN.  Visitation, Friday November 23, from 4-8 with Funeral Services Saturday, 11AM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell, IN.  Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association or the Gideons International. www.sheetsfuneral.com
