Sandra A. Benson

82, of Thayer, passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 04, 2019.  She is survived by her brother, Butch (DJ) of TX; nieces and nephews, Sandy Kay Marino, Peggy Rouse, Dan Smith, Lisa Smerdon, Mark and Mike Benson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Catherine; twin sister, Pat Smith; brothers, Randy and Ray Benson.  Sandra was a Lowell High School graduate, Post Master with the Thayer Post Office, and member of the Steel City Kennel Club and Lake Co. Bridal and Saddle Club.  Cremation will precede Visitation, Sunday November 10 from 3-5 at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Lowell.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lincoln Twp.
