64, of Lowell, IN, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Cathy; daughter, Jessica (Joe) Bakker; grandchildren, Blake, Isabella “Bella”; mother, Norma Porter; sisters, Kathy (Bob) Wojciechowski, Cindy Greenman. Preceded in death by his father, William Yates. Steven was a member of the Sons of the Legion and worked for RUAN trucking. Private Cremation was entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 6th, 1 PM, at American Legion Post #101, Lowell.
