Allen Curtis, Sr.

78, of Demotte, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022.  He is survived by his children, Allen Jr., Paula (Randy) Simonson, Robert, Susan (Jeff) Smith, Sarah (Robert) Jeffers, and Michael (Brian); grandchildren, Tasha, Colten (Samantha) and Thomas Curtis, Samuel and Nathan Simonson, Jennifer Edic, Andrew (Stephanie) Smith, Julianne, Owen and Luke Jeffers; great grandchildren, Arianna Ruble, Raylan and Devin Huber and Izarra Curtis; and numerous other family members.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis; parents, Joe and Bessie, and brother, Glen.

Allen was a Lowell High School graduate. Growing up he was a member of the Lowell Grange Hall. He retired from Pitney Bowes after 25 years and went on to own Curtis Automotive Repair Service in Thayer until 2006. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing games as well as NASCAR, the New York Mets and the Chicago Bears.

Visitation Thursday, June 16th from 4-8, with Funeral Service, Friday,10AM all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell.  Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.
