33, of Lowell, IN, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Jessica; children, Alaina, Lillee, Olivia, Eliza and Dominic; mother, Deanna; brother, Mason Scroggins; best friend and brother, Francisco “Sisko” Zelaya; Aunt Kris Scroggins and her son, Aidan; Great Aunt Bonnie Clark; numerous nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerry and Connie Scroggins; Uncle Jerry Scroggins; Great Grandma Clark. Andy was a loving husband and father who kept life simple and spontaneous. He enjoyed spending time with his kids, fishing and being outdoors, and listening to music. Memorial Visitation, Monday, August 17th from 12-3PM at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN. A Celebration of Life Cookout with family and friends will follow at 4PM at 717B West Oakley Ave, Lowell, IN.
