Ardell Gilkey
92, of Lowell, IN passed away Friday, June 5, 2026. She is survived by her daughters, Terri (Tony) Fox and Ann (Andres) Aguirre; grandchildren, Jessica (Danny) Hartman, Liam and Andrea Garrison, Alec Aguirre; brother, Owen Garner; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Haydon. Ardell previously attended Hilltop Church and Lowell Church of Christ. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, Keenagers and very active in the Lowell Seniors. After Haydon’s passing in 1999, Ardell went to Yellowstone National Park where she was a chef for 7 years.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held and Burial will follow in Orchard Grove Cemetery.
