85, of Lowell, IN passed away Saturday, May 02, 2026. She is survived by her children, James (Tammy), Steven (Brenda), Jeffrey (Dawn), Michelle (Scott) Dulin, David (Jen), Amy Kopka; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Larry (Janet) Pluimer, David (Rosa) Pluimer and Cathy Campbell.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, Lawrence and Juanita Pluimer; Margaret Pluimer; and brother-in-law, Don Campbell. 

Arlene was a member of Bethany Chapel Church in Lowell and Heritage Quilters.  She loved to flower garden and to quilt.  She enjoyed spending her free time going to her grandchildren’s sporting events and showing her family how much she loved them. 

Cremation entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Lowell, IN. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 29th, 2:00PM, at Bethany Chapel, Lowell, IN.
