75, of Hebron, IN passed away Friday, September 26, 2025. She is survived by her husband, Tom; sons, Christopher (Tina), Brett (Jamie) and Patrick Hooley; her most beloved grandchildren, Amanda, Kallee (Dylan), Tyler, Andrew, Kevin (Michelle), Jacob, Blake and Mason; great grandchildren, Cashton, Rhett and Hazel; sister, Janice (Bill) Hardesty; nieces and nephews, Shelly (JJ) Camp, Brian (Jeannine) Hooley, Jennifer (Nate) Gehring, Marcus (Amanda) Hooley, Allison Hooley. Preceded in death by her son, Robert; parents, Ruth and Richard Phillips; brother, Coyett Moss. Cremation will precede a Graveside Service, Wednesday October 8, 2025, 1230PM in Lowell Memorial Cemetery.
