Barbara Ann Pelton

85 of Lowell, Indiana passed away peacefully at home on November 1, 2023. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend to so many. She is going to be missed tremendously by all those that loved her. 

Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Lori (Jim) Harrell and Kim Pelton; granddaughter, Kylee (Logan); grandsons, Jereme (Heather), Cody, Dustin, Eric, Jeremy, and Jamie; great granddaughters, Lennyn and Abbey and countless extended family. She is welcomed home by her deeply loved husband, Bob Pelton; her parents, Millie and Michael Kravetz and son, Jeff Pelton. 

Barbara spent her retired years from Wilco Grocery store enjoying time fishing, gardening, reading, and being a beloved mother and grandmother. She could be spotted from a mile away for her contagious whistle, love for soap operas, or need to ‘tidy up’ just a little bit. She would light up a room with her sarcastic jokes, biggest hugs, and the love she gave to everyone around her.  In her earlier years she spent her life with her husband Bob and being a member at the Moose. Barbara will be missed dearly by everyone who loved her and forever in our hearts.
