Barbara Zink Berkey

70, of Lowell, IN, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024.  She is survived by her husband, Evan; children, Jay (Lindsay), and their children, Ronnie and Levi; Jenna, and her pup, Bella.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Mikki Zink.

Barbara was a graduate of Purdue and Brigham Young Universities, with a Master’s in Library Science.  She retired from the Lowell Public Library, where she held the positions of Children’s Librarian and Director.  She also was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Hebron Ward. 

Private Cremation through Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell, with Memorial Services to be held and announced at a later date.

Memorial Contributions may be given to the Lowell Public Library, 1505 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356.
