82, of Lowell, IN passed away Wednesday May 12, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, April, children Richard (Vanessa) Louisville, KY, Trina (Henry) Samson Richton Park, IL, grandchildren Maylen (Joey) Melone, Marc & Ryan (Viane) Samson along with five great granddaughters and step brother Bill Clarke (Denver Co.) Also survived by his furry feline’s companions, Oscar & Otis.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer (Gerta) Larson and Tillie (David) Boag and step son Christian Lorimer.
Bruce will be remembered as a proud truck driver with a quick wit, gentle heart and great intelligence. He captured people’s imaginations with tales of his travels. A passionate gardener, woodworker and lover of music; he was one of a kind.
His signature parting words to everyone were, "Keep smiling, they'll wonder what you're up to." We'll miss you sweet man.
