Bryan Keen
54, of Lake Village, IN, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Jayme; children, Mackenzie (Noah) Logsdon, Derek (Destiny Scott) Keen
father, Barry; siblings, Pat (Racheal), Missy, Kristy (Jose) Keen-Munoz, Tonya (Alex) Keen; sisters-in-law, Kris (John) Dutour, Racheal (Pat) Keen, Patricia (Ryan) Barkey; Mother and Father-in-Law, Roy and Joyce Ailes; and lots of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Giasson Keen.
Bryan was a very dedicated husband and father. He had a passion for fishing with his kids, and loved to catch more fish than his son (he never did…). He loved to go bow hunting and dirt track racing in his earlier years. He spent many nights with both his brother and son working on race cars, and hanging out at the track. Bryan had a laugh like no other. He was best known for his sense of humor. He never met a stranger, and would talk to anybody about anything. Bryan was honest to a fault, if he thought it, he said it with no filter. Bryan was a garbage man at Republic Services, formally known as Allied Waste for 25+ years. During this time, he served both commercial and residential trash routes and ran a loader at the Momence transfer station. Bryan loved spending his summer days mowing his lawn with his zero turn. He loved to watch movies, including “Water Boy,” in which the whole family loved to quote on the daily. Bryan loved all of the family animals, including his cats, Reeses and Snickers and his grand puppies, Bender, Ruger, and Eve. Bryan was very much looking forward to becoming a grandpa this June. He even picked a very fitting grandpa name, “Grumps”.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 1, from 1-4 at the Lake Village Community Center. Private Cremation entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell.
