Carol A. Miedema

55, of Momence, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020.  She is survived by her children, Thomas (Samantha) and Shirley Meidema; grandchildren, Zachary, Kayla and Rylee Miedema; siblings, Amy Garrett, Marilyn Thompson and William Garrett and nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Carol Garrett; siblings, Arthur Garrett and Kimberly Alcantar.  Cremation will precede Visitation on March 14 from 3-4, Concluding with Memorial Services at 4PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell.
