Cecil D. Meadows, Sr.

84, of Lowell, IN, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025.  He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Debbie; children, Dawn (Jeff) Kopka, Cecil Jr. (Melissa), Stan (Melissa), Kristin (Birch); grandchildren, Zach, Nick (Sarah), Aaron, Audrey, Benjamin Jep, Joshua, Jacob; great grandchildren, Evelyn, Vivienne and Marshall; brother, Rich (Dawn); his pets, Robert, Shorty, Faith and Jazzy Girl.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Jep and June; son, Ricky; and his special pet, Buster.

Cecil was a member of Teamsters Local 142 and Community Church in Roselawn. He was also a member of the Antique Truck Historical Society, enthusiast of the Newport Hill Climb and loved Studebakers. 

Visitation, Saturday, May 3rd from 3-7PM with Funeral Service following at 7PM at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave Lowell, IN 46356. Cremation will follow services. The family requests casual wear or favorite auto shirt/hat.

Memorial Contributions may be given to the Newport Lions Club to go towards the Hill Climb.
