Chad Mayfield

35, of Griffith, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023.  He is survived by his father, Jerry; siblings, Denise (Joe) Pozzi of Lowell and Cory (Angel) Fox of DE; nephews and nieces, Nick and Noah Pozzi; Elle and Vivian Fox; the Hause family, extended family and friends including, Dave (Star) Crider, Matt Crider and Ann Brom. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joy; and brother, Phillip.

Chad was a Lake Central High School graduate, former member of Roofers Local #26 and worked for Hammond Lead.  He enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles and cars.

Cremation will precede Visitation, April 15, from 2-5, Concluding with Memorial Services at 5 PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to any organization helping with alcohol addiction.
