Charles Brownell

59, of Lowell, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Veronica; son Zachery; siblings, Bob (Julia) of AZ, Lisa (Rob) Thrift of VA and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert, Sr. and Kathleen and a brother Terry. Charlie served in the US Army and was a Heavy Equipment Operator with local #150. He was a hardworking, family man who had a kind personality.
