Charles E. Hart

62, of Lake Village, passed away unexpectedly Friday October 5, 2018.  He is survived by his wife Kerry Adams-Hart; children, Joe (Toni), Chuck (Ai), Tonya (Eli), Christine (Russ), Jared (Claire) Alexander, Jacob (Ally) Alexander, Megan Mayhew and her son, Jameson and several grandchildren; mother, Dorothy Hart; siblings, Anita (Art) Lake and Dennis.  He was preceded in death by his father, Charles F. and siblings, Michael and Janine Farley.  Charlie was a proud member of AVMRA Chapter #5.  Cremation will precede Visitation, Friday October 19, from 4-730, Concluding with Memorial Services at 730, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Indiana Patriot Guard, www.indianapatriotguard.org
