Cherie Keifer

Cherie, 65, of Lowell, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. She is survived by her daughter, Sunnie (Dylan Bowen) Brookbank of St. John; her beloved grandson, Mack; her friend and former husband, Todd Brookbank; and her brother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Keifer and Gloria Jackson, and her brother, Steven.

Cherie dedicated 15 years of service as a waitress with Old Chicago, where she enjoyed connecting with people.  Cherie will be remembered for her kind heart, quick wit, and wonderful sense of humor. She had a way of making people laugh, feel welcome, and brighten even the toughest days.  She leaves behind many fond memories and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Private Cremation will take place through Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell, IN
