57, of Lowell, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019. She is survived by her husband, Bill Troy; sons, John and William Troy; 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Cynthia was a longtime Sales Associate for Wilco and Meijer stores. Cindy’s request was to be donated to the Anatomical Gift Association of IL for research and educational purposes.
