Don Holt

81, Lowell, IN, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020. He is survived by his children, Dan Francis, Matthew Francis, Joel Holt, Amy (Jason) Hilgeman, Nathaniel (Laura) Holt; son in law, Keith Chopps; grandchildren, Katie, Jessica, Hayley, Jennifer, Steffan, Danielle, Nate, Avery, Jorien, Kiernan and Emmie; great grandchild, Athena; siblings, Shirley Roberts, Ann Souders. Preceded in death by his wife, Jennifer; children, Joshua Holt and Heather Chopps. Don was an Air Force veteran and known as the “Voice of Lowell” being an announcer at many events. He was scholar athlete and is recognized in the LHS Athletic Hall of Fame. Cremation will precede a Celebration of Life, October 4, from 12-4 at Signature Banquets in Lowell.
