Elizabeth “DeeDee” Benshoof
75, of Lowell, IN passed away Monday, August 16, 2021. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Jeff) Milanowski; stepdaughter, Trish L’Hote; grandsons, Ryan and Kevin; brother, Bart (Marlene) DeMontford; sister in law, Mitzi (Jack) Picton; aunt, Marilyn Munson; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Marka (Ron) Midwin. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald; parents, Gordon B. Mess and Betty Blue; siblings, Bob Mess, Jane Kaufman, Gordon Mess, Jr.
DeeDee graduated from Beverly Hills High School. She worked in Public Relations for McDonald’s playing The Hamburglar & DeeDee the Clown for many functions throughout the years. She was an avid traveler including full-time RVing for 9 years as a member of the Family Motor Coach Association (Midwest Pace Arrows). She was an active member in various United Way, Kiwanis, Lion’s Clubs and willingly volunteered for other causes. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lowell
Visitation, Saturday, September 4th from 10AM-12PM, Memorial Service following at 12PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356.
