Eva Jean “Jeanie” Bevins
79, of Lake Village, IN, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2025. She is survived by her children, David (Dana) of Lake Village and Cindy (Mike) McMahon of Cedar Lake; grandchildren, Zackery (Khristine), Ace and Max Bevins, Cash and Raymond Kosinski; and Heather (Ryan) Georgeff; great grandchildren, Brody and Madelyn Georgeff; sister, Linda (Alan) Justman; sister in law, Margaret McPheeters; and several nieces and nephew, including Tammy (Marc) Chase. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Gene, this past January; siblings, Donna Jane and Paul McPheeters.
Jeanie was a graduate of Crown Point High School. She and Gene spent 20 years camping at the Fort Clark Resort in Brackettville, TX where they were also members of the First Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 11 from 2-6, Concluding with Funeral Services at 6 PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell, IN.
