Faith Stark Little

100, of Hebron, IN, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026. 

She is survived by her children, Linda (Ron) Ebert, of Wheatfield, Peggy (Bob) Bushore, Joe (Dori), Bob (Kathy) and Jack, all of Hebron, Tom (Kathy) of GA and Terry of Africa; grandchildren, Shawn (Diane) Ebert, Angela Ebert, Sarah (Dominick) Pinta, Seth (Tina) Little, Jessica Little, Ben (Nikki) Little, Katie (Winston) Leon, Cole Bushore, Haily (Brandon) Arsenault, Meshack Odhiambo and Tony Mulanzia; and 15 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Verle; parents, George and Marie Stark; siblings, George, Bertram, and Dolores Fitzgerald; grandchildren, Hester and Hunter Little. 

Faith attended Lake Prairie, Sheridan and Holy Name School where she was active in sports throughout her school years, graduating from Lowell High School in 1943.  She was a faithful member of both St. Edward Catholic Church in Lowell and St. Helen in Hebron.  Faith began her farm life when she and Verle married on April 17, 1944, growing the family to seven children in 14 years.  In her later years, she went back to work for Osburn Insurance in Lowell.  She enjoyed traveling, visiting several countries throughout the years and wintering in the Everglades and Gulf Coast of FL.  She was an avid golfer, playing in two leagues and achieving a hole in one, and also enjoyed playing cards. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28 from 4-8, at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell.  On Saturday, August 29, her 101st birthday, a Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM, at St. Edward Catholic Church.  Friends may also gather at St. Edward from 10-11 before Mass begins.  Burial will follow in Lake Prairie Cemetery, Lowell. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hands of Love Education Centre or a Charity of your own choice.
