74, of Winamac, IN, formerly of Lowell, IN, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021. He is survived by his children, Brad (Darlene) Blaker, Rhonda (Jason) Wilson, Robin (Mitch) Downing; his children’s mother, Carolyn Blaker; grandchildren, Chynna (Chris) McGahey, Gage Blaker, Bradon Downing, Colt Blaker; great grandchildren, Maivey and Breckston McGahey; siblings, Judy Schontube, Wade (Pat) Blaker; his dogs, Baby and Friz. Forrest was an Army veteran; loved the outdoors, dogs and his rifle; he was an avid hunter. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 11AM in German Methodist Cemetery.
