Harold Lange

67, a 22 year resident of Lowell, IN, and formerly of Hazel Crest, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2026.  He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; son, Kevin of Hobart; siblings, Debbie (Steven) Bailey and Mark, both of FL, Greg (Sue) of North Judson and Jimmy; nieces and nephews, Gwen, Theresa, Steven and Tommy.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Harold was a Supervisor of Janitorial Services at KYD with Metra Rail Systems, retiring after 37 years. He was a member of the NRA and spent many years as a volunteer Fireman and EMT with the Hazel Crest Fire Dept.  Harold enjoyed fishing and was a die hard Chicago White Sox Fan, sharing that love with his son and attending many games.  He was a loving father, great provider and protector and teacher.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 2, from 2-6 with Funeral Services Monday at 11 AM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell.   Burial will follow in Lowell Memorial Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be given to his favorite charity, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or your own favorite animal shelter.
