Jacquelyn “Jackie” Erb

80, of Lake Dalecarlia/Lowell, IN, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at home with her loving family.  She is survived by her husband, John; children, Donna (Michael) Trueblood of Lowell, John (Shari) of Schererville, Robin (Bob) Bowman of Lowell, Steve (Deanna) of Demotte; grandchildren, Christopher Good; Amy and Jake Erb; Courtney Marx, Morgan and Rabecka Bowman; and Sara and Emily Erb; great grandchildren, Jade and Hunter Marx; and Matthew and Grayson McTaggert.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Angeline and Elmo Neal; siblings, Shirley Blennert, Tony, Skip, Jack, Mike and Greg Neal.

Jackie and John were lovingly married for 62 years.  Jackie loved being with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Almost every winter she and John took their RV and boat to Florida, where they enjoyed fishing.  Her pets always made the trip with her.  Snooper and Missy, her beagles, and later, Zeke her Bezengi.  For her, Bethel Church was more than a place to worship.  She loved her Bethel Church, Crown Point, family and attended many functions when her health permitted.  During the summers, she was an avid gardener, planting and canning veggies for her entire family.  Her flowers and plants surrounded her home with a loving touch.  For Jackie, her family was everything.  Her love was boundless for all and she was always there to help when possible.  She was a great lady and she will always be missed, but never forgotten!

Visitation, Thursday May 8, from 4-6, Concluding with a Memorial Service at 6 PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell. 

Memorial Contributions may be given to her church.
