68, of Sumava Resorts, IN, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023. He is survived by his children, Jake (Amy) Rakoczy, Jill Rakoczy; 3 grandchildren; siblings, John (Jean) Rakoczy, Helen Muskin, Maryann Pierce, Joann Rakoczy. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Josephine Rakoczy; siblings, Veronica Todd, Gerald Rakoczy, Barbara Hayes. Jake was the president of Euclid Machine and Tool and Sumava Improvement Club, Board member of Southern Lake County Conservation Club, and former Captain of St. John Volunteer Fire Dept. Visitation, Thursday, May 11th from 9-1045AM at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell. Funeral Mass will be held at 11AM at St. Edward Catholic Church, 216 S.
