James Martin
88, of Lowell, IN, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024. He is survived by his children, Ames (Sherry) Martin, Jamie (George) Stein, Shaun (Robin) Martin, Regina (Lloyd) Bohl, James Jr. (Donna) Martin; 15 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; siblings, Windy (Marilynn) Martin, Mary Jean (Vernon) Simmons; sister in law, Geri Martin. Preceded in death by his wife, Corrine; parents, William and Velma Martin; siblings, Robert Martin, Wayne (Cora) Martin. James attended First Baptist Church of Lowell where he taught Bible Study and Sunday School. He retired as Vice President of Chicago Blasting Company. The two most important relationships to Jim were those with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and his bride, Corrine. These relationships saturated every aspect of his life. James enjoyed studying and teaching the King James Bible, investing time with his family, and fishing & golfing with his family and friends.
