Jeff Besaw
67, of Lowell, IN passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025 after succumbing to the “Honey do list”. He is survived by his wife, Kelly; his beloved lab, Gracie; children, Lloyd Besaw, Jessica (David) Gerner, Michael (Brittany) Besaw; grandchildren, Amelia, Finley, Bennett, Norah, Madelyn, Ryan and Brady; sisters, Judy Fairbridge, Jackie Barkley; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Eunice Besaw; sister, Jill Maudlin. Jeff was a very caring and generous man; he was the owner of In Training College in Lowell since 1995 where he helped many people accomplish their goals. He served in the US Navy and was extremely patriotic. He was an avid hunter and was The Babe Winkelman of fishing. Jeff was a Chicago Blackhawks fan; he played hockey as a child and coached as well. He is also a NY Mets fan, absolutely NO support for the Cubs. Jeff was known as a master griller, master caster and Firestarter. One of his favorite activities was spending time around the campfire having a Miller Lite or Canadian Mist with Kelly. He was a devoted husband who “never” told his wife no and loved his children, grandchildren and friends dearly.
Cremation will precede Visitation, Wednesday, October 29th from 2-5PM with Military Honors at 230PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356.
