He is survived by his wife, Tami; daughters, Rachel (Tom) Radziejeski, Morgan (Nick) Phares; grandchildren, Avery and Grace Phares, Nadia Radziejeski; parents, Doug and Donna Hall; siblings, Mary Beth (Paul) Edwards, Deborah (Bruce) Powers; Preceded in death by his brother, Steven Hall. Jeff had a passion for community service, helping many causes over the years.
