Jerry “Jake” Mauk
67, of Lowell, IN, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Mauk; grandsons, Elias and Connor; siblings, Jeff (Beth) of Lowell, Joel (Lori) of Portage, Jenny (Jeff) Popka of Evansville, and Julie (Chuck) Gregory of Indianapolis; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry and mother, Carolyn.
Jake was a Stocker with Costas and Wilco for many years before proudly becoming a Welder, working with various Fabricators around the NW Indiana area. He attended Calvary Chapels. Jake loved the CUBS, watching movies, 70s and 80s rock music and all sports.
Visitation will be held on Thursday April 9 from 10-12, Concluding with a Funeral Service at 12 Noon, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell. Burial will follow in Memory Lane Memorial Park in Crown Point.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the Dementia Society of America.
