Jody Michael Evans

48, of New Richmond, WI, passed away on Dec. 31, 2022 in New Richmond.

Jody was born on Jan. 10, 1974 in Houston, TX to his late mother, Shirley Ann (Shipman) Evans and his late father, Carl Evans. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Helen Shipman of Lowell, IN. He is survived by his half-sister, Jaime (Evans) Crawford; uncles, Robert (Laurie) Shipman and James (Kim) Shipman; aunts Marcella (Shipman) Duncan; Debra (Shipman) Burke; Christine (Shipman) Payne; Catherine (Bruce) Lobody; as well as a nephew and numerous cousins. Jody graduated from Cypress Lake High School in Ft. Meyers, FL in 1992. He worked as an electrician for many years and enjoyed fishing, reading, movies, music, cooking, indoor gardening and gaming. Jody loved animals, especially his dog, Bo Bo.

A Graveside Service will be held to celebrate his life on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 1:30pm in West Creek Cemetery, Lowell, IN where he will be laid to rest with his mother and grandparents. Handling arrangements is Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell.
