64, of Lowell, IN passed away Monday, September 16, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Fran Sexton; children, Tina (Tony) Brewer, Kieth (Nikki), Lynette, Allison (Patrick) Walker, Clayton and Callie, Melissa (Mike) Iliff, Jessie (Rich) Claus, Anna Juarez; many grandchildren; siblings, Frank, Dave (Cheryl), Tim (Julie). Preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Mary Durham; siblings, Carl, Jack, Mike and Raymond Durham and Cecilia Neeley. Joe was a member of the Southlake County Conservation Club and worked for Affordable Garage Door. He was a beloved cake maker who touched the heart of many.
