He is survived by his children, Kelly Marlow, Kerri (Dusty) Werner, Kevin (Melissa) Crane, Tammy Kennedy, Jenny Wyrick and Jason Kennedy; grandchildren, Jackie, Steven, Mitchell, Koty, Lauryn, Noah, Brice, Margaret, Emma, Karsen, Greyson, Justus, Elliott, Owen, Edith, Mya, Kylee; great grandchildren, Bransen, Bailey and Ariella. Preceded in death by his parents, James and Virginia Crane; brother, Jim Crane; grandson, Travis Marlow. John was a USMC veteran and retired as an officer with the Indiana State Police.
