John L. Vargo, Jr.

65, of Lowell, passed away Tuesday March 8, 2022.  He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Peggy; son, Joshua; sisters, Linda (Carl) Drew, Lisa Johnson and Jeannie Vargo and extended family.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John, Sr. and Helen. 

John had worked at Mittal Steel many years before retiring as a Project Manager with BP.  He attended Journey Church in Lowell and was a loving husband and father. 

Visitation, Wednesday March 16 from 2-6, Concluding with Funeral Services at 6 PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell.  Cremation will follow services. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to his family.
