Judith Gottschalk

82, of Shelby, IN, passed away on Monday September 28, 2026.  She is survived by her husband Leroy; daughter, Cheryl (Arthur) Locke of ME; siblings, Glory (Terry) Connors of NH, Rose (Bob) Leighton, of ME and Chuck (Claire) Merrill of ME; along with nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her son, Leroy “Bud” Jr.; brother, Ray “Roy” Merrill; and her parents, Roy and Jessie Merrill.

Judy most recently worked for Help at Home as an Aide.  She enjoyed crocheting and knitting.  She had a deep love for taking care of her family and will be remembered for simple way of life and sweet disposition. 

Private Cremation is entrusted to Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell. 

Memorial Contributions may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospitals..
