86, of Lowell, IN passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023. She is survived by her children, Donna Elliott, Sharon (Henry) Troxell, Charles (Brenda) Troxell, Cheryl (Edward) Foley, Debbie (Patrick) Alessi; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother, Hosmer Jr. (Peggy) Adkins; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, William R. Troxell; sister, Kay Adkins. Julia loved her children and grandchildren very much. She enjoyed sewing, embroidering and gardening, especially her rose bushes. Julia also liked to dance and listen to Elvis.
