Margie Travis
93, of San Pierre and Wheatfield, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023. She is survived by her daughters, Janice (Ronald) DeLoach and Hilda Travis; grandchildren, Jennifer Samuels, Casey Werts, Travis DeLoach, Matt Travis, Rachel Follrad, Sarah Travis, Jaime Ferguson, Meredith and Becky;
16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Minor; children David and Kathy Ferguson; siblings, Jimmie, George, James and Howard Eldridge and Pearl Ziegler.
Margie was a member of the Cut Ups Quilting Club and the Home Economics Club, both in Wheatfield.
Cremation will precede Visitation, April 8 from 1130-1230, Concluding with Memorial Services at 1230 PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell. Burial will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to her family.
