57, of Norfolk, VA, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; children, Eric (Mindy) Simmons, Christopher (Dorcas) Watson, Mark Garcia, Jr. and Carmen Garcia; 10 grandchildren; siblings, Christine (Frank) McLaren, Judy (Jose) Rizo, Rosie (Chuck) Doppler, Paula (Jose) Serrano. Preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Carmen Garcia; siblings, Richard, Leslie, Dwight and Gary Garcia and Michael Joers. Mark worked for Hampton Roads Sanitation District as a Waste Water Treatment Operator and was a Navy Veteran. Cremation, through Sheets Funeral Home, will precede a Memorial Mass, Wednesday, March 31, 2021, 11AM at St. Edwards Catholic Church, 216 S. Nichols St, Lowell, IN.
