Mark Norton

66, of Lowell, IN, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026.  He is survived by his children, Chris of Crown Point, Amy (Neil) Blankenship of Peoria, and Brandon of Schererville; grandchildren, Riley, Zach, James, Neveah; and great grandchildren, Destin, Violet and Micah; his father, Charles “Chuck” (Toni Anderson); siblings, Debbie (Rick) Larson, Dawn (Jim) Holt, Dee Dee (Cliff) Clark, and Todd Norton Sr., all of Lowell; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Gale.

Mark was a Pipefitter with Local 597 and member of the United Association of Journeyman, and the Southern Lake County Conservation Club in Schneider.  He loved riding his Harley or any bike, fishing, boating, bonfires and blaring rock music, specifically hair metal bands, and mostly spending time with family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 26 from 2-6, with a Funeral Service, Monday at 11 AM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell, IN.  Burial will follow in West Creek Cemetery.
