Mike Mc Mahon

71, of Lake Village, IN and formerly of Cedar Lake, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, March 26, 2026.  He is survived by his wife, Cindy; daughter, Heather (Ryan) Georgeff; grandchildren, Brody and Madelyn; sisters, Mary Fran and Marcia Mc Mahon; brother in law, Dave (Dana) Bevins, nephews, Zackery (Khristine Mak) Bevins and their daughter, Neva, Cash Kosinski, Max and Ace Bevins.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Katherine.

Mike was a graduate of Bishop Noll Institute and was Motor Shop Mechanic with US Steel.  He was a member of the NRA, Gold Wing Motorcycle Club, chapter A in Lowell, the Calumet Harley Club and the Yogi Bear Campground in Plymouth.  Mike was a simple and kind man who loved camping, RC Cars, working on family projects, and most of all, his grandkids. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 29 from 2-6, concluding with a Funeral Service at 6 PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell.  Private Burial of Cremated Remains will take place in Lake Village Cemetery. 

Memorial Contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
