Michael Page
of Sumava Resorts, passed away Tuesday January 18, 2022. It’s pretty rare that God gives you life and calls you back home on the same day. He wanted to make it to his 67th birthday. He did but his birthday was not how we wanted him to spend it. He is survived by his siblings, Dave (Joene) of Las Vegas, Doug (Vicki) of Sumava Resorts, Regina (Steve) Proctor of Grant Park, Renee (Kyle) Bruce of Lowell; He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Gerrie.
Mike retired from Reiter Automotive in Lowell and also worked for Baker & Taylor. He was a big sports fan including the Chicago Cubs and Bears, Detroit Lions and IU basketball. We would like to say we lost an angel, but anyone who knew Mike would giggle at that. He was the sweetest guy when he wanted to be, which made you cherish those moments all the more. He’d complain about everything, but when you’d turn your back he’d do what you asked and just grumble when you told him thanks and gave him a hug. He was a loner, but never missed an opportunity to tell you he loved you. He knew just when and how to be hysterical, laughing at his own joke which made you laugh even more.
Cremation will take place through Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lowell. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
