Nancy Grenat

73, of Hebron, IN, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026. She was born September 15, 1952 to Cecil Wilmer Grenat and Mary Louise nee James Grenat. Nancy graduated from Richards High School Class of 1970. She went on to the School of Nursing at Olivet Nazarene University to pursue her passion for nursing. She retired as a Registered Nurse at Franciscan Health Crown Point. Nancy loved Jesus and was a devote catholic. She also had a passion for reading, helping others and animals. She is survived by her brother, Dennis Duane (Denise) Grenat of Florida; niece, Sheri (Adam) Wright of Missouri; brother-in-law, Bob Downham and Dale Burkhalter; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Mary Louise; sister, Jane Downham Burkhalter.

Cremation will precede a Graveside Service at a later date in Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Muncie, IN. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Association.
