Ray Cooper

73, passed away Monday November 22, 2021.  He is survived by his wife Peggy;

children, David J. (Brenda) Cooper, Jodi (John) Popplewell, Jill (Darrell) Hotler; grandchildren, Felicia (Bob) Henderson, David Ray (Destiny), Max and Matthew Cooper; Jessica and Kaitlin Popplewell; Chase (Jordyn) and Ethan Agent; great grandchildren, Hunter, Bentley and Tuff; Liam and Levi Ray; his brother, Jerry.  He was preceded in death by his brother Don. 

Ray was a retired Pile Driver with local #578, for nearly 50 years.  He served in the US Navy and was a member of the Lake Village American Legion and Southern Lake Co. Conservation Club.  He enjoyed fishing and yard work, but his favorite things were his kids and grandkids. 

Cremation will precede Visitation Saturday, November 27 from 3-5, Concluding with Memorial Services at 5 PM, all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Lowell.
